About the Editors

Ruth C. Duck, an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, is professor of worship at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. She received her D.Th. from Boston University School of Theology. She is the author of several books from The Pilgrim Press, including Circles of Care: Hymns and Songs, and her texts appear in the hymnals of more than 10 denominations.

Maren C. Tirabassi is a United Church of Christ local church pastor. She is a bestselling author of The Pilgrim Press, having written or edited 12 books, including: Gifts of Many Cultures: Worship Resources for the Global Community (1995), Before the Amen: Creative Resources for Worship (2007), and Gifts in Open Hands: More Worship Resources for the Global Community (2011).
