About the Author 

Angela Bauer-Levesque is associate professor of Hebrew Bible at Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she has taught since 1994. She has a diploma from Johannes Gutenberg Universitat in Mainz (Germany), and earned her M.Div. from Universitat Hamburg (Germany) and M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York.
