Learning to Talk Sheep | Understanding Those You Lead (Perry & Perry)
The Types of Church Sheep
Learning to Talk Sheep: Understanding Those You Lead uses the biblical image of the people of God as sheep, and the pastor as their shepherd, to describe the major personality types of church members that every minister encounters.
With full descriptions of the types of sheep -- and how they are likely to respond in common situations -- Christopher W. Perry and C. Wayne Perry give concrete guidance for ministers to work more efficiently and effectively with those they shepherd. Learning to Talk Sheep enables ministers to help each member of their flock achieve their full potential.
