Worship from A to Z | A UCC Coloring Book
Make the Crayon an Instrument of Learning
Get to know the church -- its rituals, its spaces, its symbols -- through the delights of a coloring book!
All people are welcome, so don't be scared!
Bread and wine, the good life shared.
Candles remind us to shine our light.
Darkness is holy; God's presence at night!
Vince Amlin and Quinn Caldwell of the Stillspeaking Writers' Group offer 26 simple, rhyming lessons about what it means to be church -- one lesson for each letter of the alphabet. Illustrator Ted Dawson brings each letter to life with artwork that draws out the artist in all of us.
Excellent for family time at home, faith formation programs, or "quiet bags" in worship.
About the Stillspeaking Writers' Group
The Stillspeaking Writers' Group is made up of United Church of Christ ministers, pastors, and authors who collaborate on a variety of resources for people in the church, outside the church, and not so sure about the church. Their motto: "Hearing God where you live (and other surprising places)."
