About the Authors

Randy Hammer is pastor of United Church, Chapel on the Hill in Oak Ridge, TN. He holds an M.Div. from Memphis Theological Seminary and a D.Min from Meadville Lombard Theological Seminary. He is the author of several books from The Pilgrim Press, including The Talking Stick: 40 Children’s Sermons with Activities (2007) and The Singing Bowl: 26 Children’s Sermons (2009). 

Kristin Hammer Evans holds a B.A. in religious studies and an M.A. in educational ministries, with emphasis in curriculum development. 

Suzanne Blokland holds a B.A. in philosophy and an M.A. in ethics from Vanderbilt University.
